In the interview panel there were 4 members and it was 1 hour interview. This interview was 2nd round. I have 12+ years of overall experience and 5+ years of relevant experience. I answered almost all the questions except 3 because it was out of context (not mentioned in the JD) Now the worst part of the interview. In the interview panel 1 of the member was ex-employee of the formal company and that person have 4+ years of experience (he was junior to me and he was reporting to me). His destination in the TCS is TL and he was taking the interview of PM. (What a joke, he was the main interviewer) remaining 2 members in the interview were PM and SDM. Not remembering about the 4th person. Now, you can understand what will be the outcome of the interview. Right !!!
