I applied onsite because I wanted it to be finished the same day. Assessment was very long. They have basic technical skills, language proficiency and versant of some sort. They also have an assessment for the specific program/ account that you are assigned to. TA team and the recruiters are very nice and accommodating. Took me 1 day for the initial, assessment and final interview (9am-7pm). Contract signing the next day.
