Smooth interview process, smooth administration process. Quick and fast response from the HR rep. Friendly but some of them speak English with a thick accent. May have to pay attention, write down some notes and record to your own device.

HR then TL, heavily depends on your TL. They dont have any specific interview process (could include background questions and role play with seniors or TL).
My HR shared me some knowlegde source to prepare before the interview session, which was very useful
