It is quite quickly from application to acceptance. I applied vis Linkedin, and then HR contacted me for screen interview. I had another interview with team leader. Interview is pretty easy, they do not ask much on your background.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TDCX (Bangkok)
Interview
🚩🚩🚩 in the interview? That’s just the teaser—they usually get worse.
Talent Acquisition is slow when you need answers but lightning-fast when they want documents. Expect vague emails after 5 PM on Fridays that leave you waiting until Monday for clarification—and even then, you’ll probably need to follow up.
Communication is one-way: act immediately, don’t question anything. Transparency is a luxury; employees get “need-to-know,” which usually means very little.
Salary negotiations? Hand over your old payslips and pray they deem you worthy—because apparently your value is whatever someone else once said it was.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TDCX in May 2025
Interview
5 rounds with 2 rounds face-to-face with HR Department and Operation Team Leader. All of them are prepared carefully and professionally. The organizers will explain and guide the interviewees in each round if there is a question.
