TDIC interview questions

Disappointing. Panel had no relevant experience. More interested in seeing in I was lying about what I've done than what I've done. Asked absolutely irrelevant questions and used the answers as an attempt to create an unnecessary argument. Attempted to intimidate me. Definitely walked out with the panel not knowing if and how I could add value to their organization. I left not wanting to be a part of the organization. All the steps prior to the panel interview were impressive and conducted very professionally. Afterwards was advised that the panel 'interrogation" was just a strategy but fail to see how it allows them to measure a candidate's ability to do anything other than deal with an obnoxious ego.
