Interview was short and brief. Interviewer was rude and cut me off multiple times mid-explanation of her questions. It was also rescheduled a total of three times. The first time I waited 30 minutes for someone to show up (via video chat) and no one did. Didn't get an explanation until a full day later - which is just outright rude and disrespectful toward someone's time they had allotted for you. That was about enough to show me how poorly managed the agency is and how little respect they have for people outside of their agency. It was very clear that the hiring manager did not even look at my resume/cover letter. She got my education part all wrong and was clearly confused at how much experience I had in the position. She viewed my LinkedIn profile DURING the interview - didn't even bother to look at it before.
If your applicants have the decency to admire, look into, and make time to speak with you, then I urge the hiring managers at TDW+Co to do the same. Definitely do not recommend going through the interview process here, as it seems like it's something consistent as seen in the other reviews.
