      Marketing Interview

      18 June 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at TEECOM

      Interview

The initial conversations were pleasant. Scheduling was a bit confusing, for intense the coordinator would send me an email saying the interview is at 2pm and a calendar invite that says 2:30pm.. The total interview was around 4 hours. The "topboarding" interview consisted of the CEO and two other white men in their 40s. To be honest it was very uncomfortable for me. 60+ minutes in a tiny room with them asking personal questions and I found it a bit intrusive. I was definitely qualified for the position but obviously not a cultural fit.
