Interview
After successfully completing the interview process, I received a contract and was informed about the training start date. However, shortly before the training, I was contacted by HR and informed that my name was already registered in a previous training session.
I had previously declined that earlier opportunity and had officially informed the company by email at that time. After forwarding the email and providing all the necessary clarification, my application was placed on "standby" without any clear final update, even though the training was scheduled to start.
Receiving a contract and a training date naturally creates expectations for candidates. Therefore, such issues should ideally be identified and resolved before reaching the final stages of the recruitment process.
I believe candidates deserve clear, timely, and transparent communication throughout the entire hiring journey. I hope the process can be improved to provide a better candidate experience in the future.
Interview with HR and Team leader. Prior to interview a skills test is conducted in order to move onto the interview. Most questions were standard and behavioral. The process was with a whole group taking the skills test in a computer lab area and then you will wait your turn for your one and one interview with the Team leaders and HR.

Interview
After initial interview; one of the TL of that account interviewed me after couple of hours of waiting. She was pissed with all of my possible answers of her last technical question and she even raised her voice on the call. I already told the initial and TL interviewer prior that my technical support is more on printers. Nevertheless, as CS I let the interviewer calm down.
