Interview
Te llaman primero de Alemania para confirmar tus datos y si estás interesado. Luego concertan una segunda entrevista con HR y un psicólogo. Si deciden proceder, se hacen varios tests: comprensión lectora/auditiva en inglés y de IQ. Pasado el test te dan el puesto de trabajo.

Con qué animal te identificas?
Easy. A pre-assessment and a round with HR where you are asked HR questions like what animal you'd like to be and other HR irrelevant questions to the position in question.
The interviewer was nice, and they explained things well. They show that they care, and they listen to your questions and answer them promptly. They speak at an even pace as well.

Interview
I was asked to schedule a fifteen minute Google Meets call with a recruiter to discuss the role and company, but the recruiter never showed up for the call. I left after ten minutes of waiting.
