Short, and easy, no technical questions, mostly just personality based questions and then the offer was immediately given at the end of the interview. Only around half an hour duration

Casual and short, senior technical staff and HR staff have no skill to identify candidate's ability. Only chat some daily task and talk with some non meaningful stuffs. Whole process is not to find a right person for the company so there are many jokes in the development team.
