I applied in-person. I interviewed at TForce Freight (Springfield, MO) in May 2026
Interview
informal. waited 10m on the dock for interview. unclear what the hours would be. lady said come in at 1:00. supervisor said kids come in 3:09-4:00 after their day job,??? I know I was qualified for the job. And could work odd hours. I think the supervisor may have control issues and may have been intimidated by my confidence. I have worked with people w similar personalities. that may be the reason why this job is always becoming open. I may be wrong. I ran a company for 20 years and never had a problem with finding people to work because I treated them with respect. That's too bad. I would've been a good employee. I show up every day for work and show loyalty to my team snd company members. john wirth springfield mo 4178489125
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TForce Freight (Calgary, AB) in July 2025
Interview
I applied for what was advertised as a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist role, requiring a CPA designation. However, during the interview, it was made clear that the position was actually junior-level with a minimum pay range. This disconnect between the job posting and the reality of the role was. Interviews are a two-way street, and to be honest, I regretted the time I spent in this one.
After the interview, I revisited employee reviews online — many mention high turnover and a poor work environment in AR team. Based on my experience, those reviews seem accurate. Overall, I would advise future applicants to proceed with caution.
It was ok just needed more time to have becuz the interview was short and didn't have no chnave to talk about the benefits package about the company. Also I was hearing bad things about the company after the interview sum older guy was trying to tell me to quit before I hired on smh
