Very poor candidate consideration.
TH Daniels refused to pay for student travel after not offering virtual interviews throughout the recruitment process. There are usually 3 interviews - two of which are in person.
The CEOs messed up meetings and so to re-book train tickets, they had doubled in price and they still didn't cover travel even with their own slip up.
The workforce is almost entirely made up of men, in particular Business graduates from Leeds Beckett.
It became apparent in the interview process that most graduates leave within a year because TH Daniels make you start from zero, no clients, no reputation, no help in a start-up environment so it's almost impossible to make deals. With no deals, you do not make a good living.
They sell you the dream on commission, which most graduates don't make because no client wants to work with an inexperienced start up. So, you make very little money (26k base salary).

Question 1
What do your parents do for a living?
Why are you leaving your home town?
Was ambushed a little bit by Directors, but overall they're quite friendly and willing to answer all questions. Process is relatively straightforward and easy to follow with it being 2 stages, a meeting with Talent Aquisition and the Directors and then an assessment and presentation for round 2.

Question 1
Why recruitment? Difference between High Street recruitment and Executice Search
I had a conversation with a recruiter. The conversation was brief. There was sufficient information, and opportunity to ask questions. After the conversation I requested to receive a description, which I did get via email. Eventually there was not a match between my interest and the role.
