The interview process was smooth and well-organized. The interviewer was friendly, approachable, and made the conversation feel comfortable rather than stressful. The overall atmosphere was positive and professional, which made it easy to discuss my experience and design background openly.
The questions were clear and relevant to the graphic designer role, focusing on past projects, design thinking, and how I approach creative work. It felt more like a genuine conversation than a rigid interview.

past projects, design thinking, and how I approach creative work
I applied online. I interviewed at THE EDITOR'S MARKET (Singapore) in Apr 2023
Interview
They replied to my email then asked to do a design test then they ghosted me lol. Level of professionalism ZERO. To save some of your time, i think don't even bother applying to them. They don't even respect people who are looking for jobs.
Very accommodating and professional. The HR is friendly and makes the atmosphere very comfortable. They sent me an examination for the role and update frequently on the process. Even though I didn't get the job, they informed me and wish me luck which is quite rare for company to do so.
