This company needs a better HR, if they have one at all. I was told there were 3 interview rounds: first with a rep I assumed was HR, second was with the main copywriter (dropped out here because I accepted another offer), third was with the bosses. The actual interview sessions were okay - pretty chill stuff - and the employees I spoke too were friendly and knowledgeable. There was also a writing test but nothing too difficult. What I didn't like was how slow the email follow-ups were during the interview process, especially after submitting the test. And then I found out during one of the interviews that the HR rep I assumed I was contacting all along was actually the PR in-charge? Either this company has no proper HR structure or it's the kind where management expects employees to go "above and beyond". Sus. And both felt like instant red flags to me. I ended up accepting another offer but no regrets.
