TIGER Drylac interview questions

I show up, door is locked, no one at the front desk... Finally someone walking by let me in and I told them the two names of the individuals I was told would be interviewing me jus to find out neither of them were even in the building.. Was interviewed by another random passerby who jus so happened to hear me talking about my interview , I have no idea who he even was to be honest... Then never got any call back.... At least let people know they were not selected for hire.. All around the company just seemed disorganized right off the bat.

Normal Phone Screen, followed by a face to face. The Interviewing Team was not very well prepared for the interview and seemed at a loss for what questions to ask. I felt they were trying, but just didn't have a handle on what to do to screen US candidates (neither were US based)
