The interview process was laid back and informal. They verified my current educational information and my availability and began the training videos. The only questioning done was regarding the way customers should feel about their experience and their treatment in the store.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
