Interview
Very straight forward questions about who I am, what I like, and why I would like to work there. We then talked about what I would be doing if offered a position and I was asked if that was something I would be interested in. I replied "yes" and was brought onto the team that week.
It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
It was quick. I applied online, They called within a week. I spoke briefly with someone. They explained the process of getting started and some of the information about the store. They inquired about my experience when I’d be able to start
