Two interviews at two different locations; group interview at first location and sent to another local location that would be better suited for my schedule (part-time); both interviews were standard although the interview at the first location ran long as it was a group interview.

Talked to managers in store, was told to apply online, walked in and interviewed, started the onboarding process. The managers were kind and helpful in assisting me through the process.

Interview
Three stage interview. In person with an assistant manager, next with store manager, then on phone with regional/district manager assessing your interest, skills, and suitability for customer service in retail. 1 month process depending on manager availability
Interview process was laid back and straightforward. Everyone involved in the process was extremely friendly and laid out the expectations. They went on to describe numerous opportunities available with the company.
