The interview was short and straightforward, almost conversational. The interview lasted around 10-15 minutes one-to-one. The manager was kind and pleasant to talk to. I got the job on the spot.
Quick and easy. Lasted around 15 minutes. They evaluate your genuine interest in the company and the role, your preparedness for the position, and your potential to add value to their team.
I was only asked a few questions by the hiring manager. It seemed more like a conversation than an interview. The most important thing was my availability. I was told what my pay would be and then I was hired on the spot.
