The manager of the store will sit you down, ask you questions. They would ask about your past work experiences, then about your scheduling. They would give you an in depth description of what you would be doing.
very easy and simple, i felt very heard and that they were interested in my work history and what i could add to the team! over all a very good interview and place to work

I applied and they called about a week later and I was offered the position on the spot. This was my first job interview during COVID and it went fine. The manager that interviewed me is no longer there, but still a great place.
