Interview
Straightforward. Truly looking for fit with the company. Research the culture and know the off-price model really well. Be sure to have an interest in the fashion industry and learn about future career progressions within retail and what separates you from other candidates.
You go through three interview. The first interview is around 30 mins speaking with HR. They ask situational questions. Then your next interview will be with upper management, usually two or three of them in one interview. It can be a little intimidating but they are very nice and will walk you through the process. Then you meet with your supervisor that will train you.

After applied online, I got a HireVue interview invitation. I need to answer interview questions and record them in the video. You better partice more on how to talk to a machine and be confident.

I applied online, after a few days some one from HR reached out to me to set up an interview. Interviewed with same person who emailed me and one person from HR. Fairly easy/average interview, offered the job on the spot
