Basic behavioral interviewing questions, interview with a recruiter and a hiring manager. They asked questions about my experience with Microsoft Office and different systems. Make sure you research the company - they will ask you questions about what you know and why you want to work for ThyssenKrupp.

Interview
It was a relatively short process with a total of 3 interviews if you include the phone interview. They require a drug test and physical off-site. All in all, it was pretty painless.
