I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TK Elevator
Interview
I was contacted via a recruiter but was interviewed by the Regional Sales Manager named Steve. He had little to no interest in my potential to be a great salesman. He want was more interested in talking about himself than talking about the position. The first thing I found out was that I could be placed in 3 diffrent territories which were all in different states and that they wouldn't know which one until I finished my training. How can somebody plan for a future with a company when they don't know what state they will live in? Very unpredictable experience. Not a company I'm interested in building a lifelong career with.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TK Elevator in Nov 2022
Interview
Contacted for phone screen. Interviewer was very scattered. Only told about job and went over resume. Interviewer said would be contacted for in person interview. Got an email that said would not be moving forward.
I interviewed at TK Elevator (Willingboro Post Office, NJ)
Interview
Ok. I had a phone call with a recruiter first, then I went on to interview with the hiring manager the following week. Still waiting to hear back from Corporate to see if I qualified for the position.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TK Elevator (Athens, GA) in Jan 2019
Interview
This was a low stress interview. The company has a solid sounding six month training program that you are told about. The only problem is that you will not know where in the Southeast you will be stationed until after the training program, which was a no go for me.
