TLC Management interview questions

Environmental Services manager was very nice and to the point. Cares about her employees and the environmental services department. She along with the administrator and human resources do try to make employees happy.

Applied through a posting I saw on Indeed.com, got an email from their administrator who scheduled an interview for 2 days later. I arrived and waited forever and then finally was told the administrator forgot she scheduled an interview with me and had no idea who I was. She ended up interviewing me and was totally unprepared. Ended up saying the position was working with an as the HR Coordinator, Accounting Coordinator, and Receptionist for the whole nursing home. All for $15 an hour. HA! Also, the next round of interview was a group interview with a bunch of people from the nursing home board.
