Met with the Rehab manager and was asked a few questions regarding what I would do in a specific situation, how I would handle specific situations, and personal qualities that may benefit the company. Toured the building and got an idea of where I would be working and introduction to everything.

The company or area recruiter schedules a call with the area manager. Then if a second interview is warranted, they schedule an in person interview and building tour with the building director.

Interview
There was a brief interview at the specific facility followed by a longer and more in-depth phone interview with an area manager from the company. The questions were more value-based than skill-based.
