I applied in July 2025. Got an instant automated follow-up email for submitting a Knockri assessment. Basic step to know about you. I was given a week's deadline to complete the assessment. I was too lazy, and the thought that these types of assessments never turn into interviews struck into my mind, but still I managed to submit the assessment on the day of the deadline (actually 5 minutes over the deadline, as it was due at 7:45 PM, but I submitted it at 7:50 PM). The assessment comprised of three basic behavioral situation-oriented questions for which you need to record your answer for 1-2 minutes after being given a time of 1 minute to prepare your answer for the question asked. Honestly, I used chatgpt to frame the answers, as no camera feed was required. I had no hopes of any follow ups after that assessment completion. Strange, but I got an invitation for a "screening chat" with one of the HRs within a week. He asked about my resume and some basic questions related to my projects. I fumbled and again thought there waas no chance. But again, got an invitation for an interview with a senior manager. I killed the interview in the "Tell me your story" question as he just asked 2 questions after that. He ws really impressed by the interview. And finally, among 9 interviewed candidated, I received the offer after 3 days of the interview from TMX by a phone call with the HR. I accepted the offfer. The whole process took around ~20 days. Very smooth and positive experience. This was never going to be an opportunity if I had given up that day by not submitting the Knockri assessment.
