Interview
It was quick. But they brought in three other people for the same time slot that they had me booked in. The interview was okay and quick. They completely lied in the ad though. Stated that stating wage was $15/hr, was told in the interview that it’s only $12.35/hr. Second lie was the ad stated that it wasn’t a marketing agency. Then in the interview asked if I was okay with door-to-door and business-to-business sales. Completely deceiving and a complete waste of my time as well. I’m rather glad I didn’t get a call back.

Interview
Interviewed at Calgary in November 2019. Their interview is a two step process - first is a one on one interview with the regional manager in their office in SW and second is a "day long" interview / orientation.
I usually don't post much online, but decided to post this because of their deceptive 2nd round of interview. They would just not detail the process until they take you to a residential area for collecting donations.
Without any exaggeration, it is knocking on doors in residential communities and ask for donations. Yep. The title of the job just doesn't match the duty. I'm not dissing the job or the process of connecting donations. But my frustration is about not being open and transparent about this. Why sugarcoat it as "orientation"?
Potential interviewers, please be aware and be prepared.
