I was initially e-mailed by them with a link to schedule my own interview. I scheduled it for a date and time that worked best for me. After 5PM on the evening before the interview was supposed to take place, they rescheduled it. I was a bit annoyed because I was travelling that day, and had to reschedule again from there. In my opinion if they're going to have scheduling conflicts they should reach out and ask before setting something on the calendar. The interview itself was over Zoom and took about 15 minutes. It was mostly them telling me about the company, and only 1 question was asked. After this, I was essentially ghosted. I e-mailed for a follow up and never heard back.
