TNTP Director, Workforce Management interview questions

I received an email from Workday on a Friday asking to schedule a 30 minute phone interview and a link to the TNTP's staff calendarly to schedule the interview. I scheduled it for the following Monday and spent a significant amount of time over the weekend preparing for the interview. Then Monday morning I received an email that they sent the interview request in error and that I needed to go back and cancel the Calendarly link request. I did so. Then on Wednesday I received an email that I was not being moved forward in the interview process. I do not understand how they sent the first email out in error and the whole process of then asking me to cancel the meeting they asked me to scheduled put a really sour taste in my mouth. Does not seem that they are well organized with hiring and do not have respect for their candidate's time.
