The recruiter contacted me the very next day after I filled the application, and set up the first phone meeting. The whole process took about 3 weeks and 3 rounds of interview (the first 30-min meeting with the recruiter, and hour culture-fit interview with a manager, and a final 2 hour technical interview with two of the engineers). Overall, it was a smooth, and clear process, and interviewers were extremely friendly. I got my offer letter the next Monday after my final interview.
