I interviewed at several of their offices. We talked about why I wanted to work in Manhattan and tried to figure out which office would be best for me. If you're an agent who can bring in sales, they want you. I would not recommend this company for new agents.

lengthy, detailed, often off topic, probing, disjointed, asked about multiple different positions I was not interested in applying for, discussion about salary differed from offer, convoluted compensation structure. interviewer did not seem to comprehend the real time transactional environment

Interview
You have to know the city and the Biz - very well. This is not a Keller Williams were they hire anyone. This is a company that wants you for the long run, so really show them how committed your going to be.
