I've applied via recruitment agency. I was well informed the status of my interview through out the entire process. It was very structured interview. Great team! Finally to accepted the offer!!
The interview process consisted of an on-site paper based test on c++ which was about an hour long. That consisted lots fundamental questions about c++. After that round there was a face to face interview with senior manager.

Three stage interview, first with development team leads, then development manager and finally HR.
After waiting nearly a week following final interview was told I wasn't getting an offer solely because I didn't show that I wanted to join enough.
