you will be asked on experience in making sales in previous jobs and how do you plan to make more sales while helping customers solving their issue that they have with the company's products.
I've been asked basic questions. Old sales experiences. I'd say too many for the role they were looking for, friendly interviewer. I have no more to say, good company after all.
Challenging but easy to pass with deep preparation. Go and move forward. they will ask you a basic questions about yourself and your readyness to work in a call centre company
