Just they check your communication skills and khow your knowledge about the company and how fluently u are in that particular language Be comfortable and confident interviewers are good and polite

They take money for interview and then will tell that you will join in this week only but it takes 2&4 weeks they take extra money for training also . They will tell you the Wipro company name then they will tell you that you have OJT on job training. I don't understand why did they take money

Interview process is quite simple and Hr are very cooperative but the process take too much time to complete . Interview have 3 Steps in First step there was normal discussion about the job and requirements
In the next step there will be Qna round that what we know about the Position we applied for
Last step is the test taken by the computer in English as i have applied for English process . Basically if anyone have a good communication skill and knowledge about the job he/she can be best fit for the job . If i rate 2 step is little bit tricky as the interviewer ask diffrent types of questions. So my suggestion just prepare for Communication In the process you require.
