Applied few days later received an email for a group interview....It explained the job and the pay rate it took about 20-30 minutes to complete. Afterwards, there was some paperwork to fill out and then the first interview, if you pass the first, then you will have a second interview.

Interview
First you do a phone interview which is easy, basicaly they are just giving you te details of the position be polite and very frienly.If you pass that you do a skype interview. They will ask you about you experience with dealing with people and problem solving. You will have to discuss situations in which you helped a customer and how you handle difficult situations. Be profession, smile, customer service experience is a plus. just be yourself
