Ik kwam in een nette pak. Dat werd ook geadviseerd, maar tijdens het gesprek leek het wel alsof er tegen een robot werd gepraat. Ik had het idee dat er bijna geen interesse is in mijn verhaal. De supervisor wilde mij niet echt leren kennen, hij wilde alleen weten wanneer ik kon beginnen.

Pretty straight forward, HR interview followed by an overall assessment and then a Final interview with someone from senior team (trainer).
Assessment consists of English written-verbal, typing, Quantitative and Personality based questions.

Interview
In the beginning I had to take a test. It consisted of two parts; in the first part I had to prove efficient language skills, whereas in the second one I had to prove efficient computer skills. Afterwards there was a short interview and another one, which took a little bit longer.
