Interview
There were three rounds roughly. Maybe a fourth one too. Depends upon the requirement. When need is high the process becomes easier.
Round 1: Typing Test required 32 w/min. (Tip: Read the essay before you start. Time start when you start typing)
Round 2: Easy written test with questions about computers, your internet plan tv plan etc very basic
