Interview
Received a call about my application for customer service representative, was asked to do held the interview in Portuguese and half in English over the phone. Once that was done, i had to do an English assessment and personality assessment test online, then a face to face interview was arranged, once all that was done I had to do an over the phone simulation of what i would be doing at the project itself, and then once all this was approved and I was accepted, I sent in alone my documents and was told about job training start date. This process takes about 3-4 days and training lasted 2 weeks.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
