Quick Interview Call Back, Hasty Group Hiring, Call Center with various Companies,May not get signed for the Company originally came for. The atomsphere is very festive so to speak. When you go through the process of completing all online paperwork, they then interview you and tell what Companies have available slots. The Pay you came in for may not match what you saw in the Job Advertisements.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
