basic interview about your skills, previous experience, how dd you know the company and how did you act in a hard situation before. your qualifications and expected future plans in a certain amount of years.
No real interview process. But use of alot of assessments to make sure you can do the job properly. Some you read and repeated what you read, some you had to remember what was said, there is also a typing assessment.
