apply online or visit them with your resume. it's a big company and they are always hiring. all you need are good communication skills and typing speed. the first interview comprises of typing test and group interview and the second one would be with a manager.

the questions were of general nature, behavioral ones. they just want to see if you are a people person and that you can communicate in English. it's not something for which you need to prepare a lot.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.

The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
