1 step: contatto telefonico dove ti vengono fatte domande molto generiche e alcune in inglese e ti vengono proposti una serie di progetti dove darai la tua preferenza.
2step: test online inglese,logica, test di battitura
3step: colloquio via telefono. Domande molto dettagliate,situazionali. Il colloquio è sia in italiano sia in inglese.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. I first received a call from the HR team for an initial screening, where they asked basic questions about my background, availability, and language proficiency.

There is HR Interview and User Interview. For HR Interview, you'll maybe doing group interview with 3 other candidates. The HR will conduct interview in english language, so be prepare.
The interview was conducted virtually but now, they do it on site. First it was one of the recruiters interviewing me and transferring me to the next after I passed the test.
