Interview
Three interviews, two by phone and last onsite. During the onsite you must prove typing skills of 25 words per minute and take a psychological/personality type test. Nothing complex or unexpected. One truly silly question about telling someone that has never seen an object how to use it, or how to tie a shoe.
Straightforward, and I left the interview with the impression " I was in the running" and should expect a call from someone else for the final phone interview and then I never heard another word from them.
The interview went smoothly, and the personnel were all very understanding. You can truly sense that they listened to your concerns and provided recommendations to address the issue. They are efficient in handling the situation.

Short, rushed. Only one round of interviews with the Trainer Coordinator and the HR assigned to the specific campaign. There where like 5 questions, nothing related to the campaign but about time management, priorities vs urgency

Interview
The interview is smooth and the interviewer is kind. She asked about my educational background, about my previous job, and also she asked me to conduct a mock call. They also very accommodating and informative in terms the update of the job offer.
