Do not screen applicants properly especially committment and communication skills. During training and 1st 30 days endorsement to operations agents resigns due to personal reasons. Some employees cant barely communicate and express themselves.
The interview went smoothly, and the personnel were all very understanding. You can truly sense that they listened to your concerns and provided recommendations to address the issue. They are efficient in handling the situation.

Short, rushed. Only one round of interviews with the Trainer Coordinator and the HR assigned to the specific campaign. There where like 5 questions, nothing related to the campaign but about time management, priorities vs urgency

The interview is smooth and the interviewer is kind. She asked about my educational background, about my previous job, and also she asked me to conduct a mock call. They also very accommodating and informative in terms the update of the job offer.
