Very smooth when it comes to interview process. I am grateful and bless because the company give me a chance to prove myself that I can work in BPO industry. I promise to do my best to perform my duties and responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative and most of all to provide best quality service for the customer.

Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work in our company? Why should I hire you? How do you handle difficult customer? What are contribute to company of you are hire? How do you see yourself after 5 years?
Two interview rounds,one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Cebu City) in June 2026
Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
