Sono stata contattata dalla Recrioter che mi ha spiegato in linea generale il lavoro da svolgere. Successivamente mi ha inviato i test da superare. Un test di inglese, uno che riguarda la lingua che dovrai usare per il lavoro, delle simulazione di telefonata tipo e uno di velocità di battitura. Se passi il test, ti chiameranno per un colloquio, che può essere sia in inglese che in italiano ma c'è da aspettarsi di doverlo fare anche in inglese

Two interview rounds,one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Cebu City) in June 2026
Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
