I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP in Mar 2012
Interview
The process was pretty long. First I put in an application. Then we had to take a computer test to test general customer service skills. Then we had 2 interviews. Once the 2nd interview is done. We took a drug test and was offered employment. Training dates and time was given.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round. The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
