Application
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Hilliard, OH) in Jan 2013
Interview
A series of tests:
-Typing Asessment
-Quiz on general knowledge of audio/video and internet router hook-ups
-Grammar and English comprehension
As well as the usual personality questionnaire, there was a face-to-face interview the same day of application. Nothing too crazy. Typical of many customer service jobs.
I applied in-person on site. Took above mentioned typing test and filled out the general questionnaire. Waited a few days to get a call-back and then followed up my application with the actual interview process. The process included a large group of applicants. We all sat in the hiring center and completed more quizzes and had our one-on-one interviews with HR. I then waited in the lobby with everyone else as they either eliminated or accepted our application and offered us a job.
