Interview
The interview process included a screening interview with a recruiting company that refered me directly to the Teleperformance. The interview with the Teleperformance consists of 3 steps: first interview where the role is being introduced, a second interview examining company employee fit and 3rd interview with a person that evaluates your psychological profile determining if you are fit for the role.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. I first received a call from the HR team for an initial screening, where they asked basic questions about my background, availability, and language proficiency.

There is HR Interview and User Interview. For HR Interview, you'll maybe doing group interview with 3 other candidates. The HR will conduct interview in english language, so be prepare.
The interview was conducted virtually but now, they do it on site. First it was one of the recruiters interviewing me and transferring me to the next after I passed the test.
