Questions about the information of the applicant were asked by the interviewer. The interviewer then proceeds to ask the applicant why they chose this job at apply to. After the applicant answered the question, the interviewer then asked the applicants availability in their schedule then asks them to wait for an email about their interview results.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
